What is the return & refund policy?

You can return eligible shapewear within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. *Final sale items cannot be returned.*

Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.

Can I exchange an item?

Direct exchanges aren't available at the moment. To swap sizes or styles, please return the original item and place a new order.

Why hasn't my refund arrived?

After we receive and inspect your return (up to 5 business days), refunds take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

Do I pay return shipping?

Returns may incur a fixed shipping fee.

Can I return to a P.O. Box or freight forwarding address?

We can't accept returns to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarding addresses. Only physical street addresses are valid.

How should shapewear fit?

Shapewear should hug your body snugly—similar to fine hosiery. It should compress without discomfort. For maximum compression, stick to your regular size; for a lighter feel, you might size up.

What are the levels of compression?

We offer a range of compression levels—from Ultra Light to Extra Strong—to suit all occasions and comfort needs. Light options are great for all-day wear; darker compression gives more sculpting. 

How do I find the right size?

Use our size guide—available in sizes from XXS to 5XL with detailed measurements. Many styles stretch up to two sizes. If unsure, size up. 

Are duties and taxes included for UK/EU orders?

Yes, duties & taxes are included in the price shown at checkout—no surprise fees at delivery.
